Saturated Steam Autoclaves
RSA Series
The RSA Autoclaves are engineered to use clean saturated steam to sterilize materials that can withstand heat and moisture. This includes metal components, plastic or rubber items, liquids in both open (ventilated) and closed (sealed) containers, filter cartridges, and garments, among others.
Ethylene oxide sterilisers
ETO Series
ETO sterilizers are designed to use ethylene oxide to sterilize heat-sensitive items, including plastic syringes, infusion kits, dialysis filter cartridges, plastic materials, and specialized surgical instruments.
Saturated Steam Autoclaves
TS Series
These sterilizers come equipped with a built-in ventilation system that combines clean steam with air to produce the sterilizing agent. This technique is advised for intricate plastic or glass containers like pre-filled syringes or vials, where condensation might accumulate and potentially affect the end product.
Dry Heat sterilisation
DHS series
The DHS dry heat sterilizers are engineered to achieve class 100 (ISO 5) standards, specifically for the hot air sterilization and depyrogenation of empty glass containers like bottles, vials, and stainless steel components. By maintaining a dry heat between 250-300°C for a set duration, it ensures the elimination and destruction of microorganisms.
