PSMC

OPERTING PRINCIPLE

This method relies on the liquid evaporating at a temperature around 102/104°C. Subsequently, the steam produced through the mechanical action of a compressor increases until reaching 130/140°C.

By introducing pressurized steam into a lower-temperature chamber, it becomes feasible to condense the steam, allowing it to release its latent heat into the liquid present in the condenser. This process enables the recovery of an equivalent amount of evaporated liquid and condensed steam. The recovered latent heat can serve as a heating source for another liquid near its boiling point. Such distillers have the capability to produce water that is both chemically and biologically pure, suitable for preparing injectable solutions.

The technical improvements have allowed us to reach the following results:

  • Removal of impurities from the feed water.
  • Upward speed of the generated steam.
  • Prevention of steam drag.
  • Safeguarding against pollution.

MANUFACTURING CHARACTERISTICS

The PSMC series by GDN reflects over 40 years of expertise and continuous technological advancements in manufacturing pharmaceutical equipment. Constructed entirely from AISI 316L stainless steel with a pickled and passivated active surface, the equipment features TIG-welded internal joints, PTFE seals, and an AISI 304 stainless steel chassis. It adheres to stringent Pharmacopeia regulations and complies with CGMP, GAMP, and FDA guidelines. Machinery control is facilitated through an interface with Siemens PLC and SCADA system
