Compact yet powerful, Trackpca is a versatile workstation equipped with an advanced vision system designed for both serialization and multi-level aggregation. This station efficiently handles the printing and verification of variable data and codes to serialize boxes. With an integrated label printer, it facilitates parent-child aggregation up to the pallet level, accommodating partial cases and full pallets alike.
The design prioritizes quick transitions: minimal special adjustments are needed to modify the side guides and camera placement. This ensures a seamless switch between different carton or case formats.
Its intuitive HMI provides real-time inspection feedback and offers essential operational guidance for users.
For added security, the software system halts operations if it detects printing errors or subpar ANSI Grading quality, ensuring a smooth product rejection process.
Smart and Pharma-specific
The packing station offers an efficient and space-conscious solution for carton serialization and multi-tiered aggregation from cartons to cases to pallets. Designed with a compact footprint, it caters to the increasing need for space-saving equipment in manufacturing settings where space optimization and adaptability are crucial.
This streamlined workstation comes equipped with a conveyor belt, a carton inspection camera, an in-line printer for serial codes and dynamic data printing, and a built-in HMI touchscreen with light signals. Its ergonomic design allows it to be placed either directly or at a right angle next to the serialization unit.
Tailored for the pharmaceutical sector, the system adheres to industry standards, ensuring user access is governed by FDA 21 CFR part 11 and annex 11. The software meticulously logs all crucial security-related actions in an audit trail.
Ongoing software enhancements are in line with Gamp 5, ensuring consistent product quality upgrades.
A powerful inspection and automation software: Tracker
The workstation is equipped with Tracker, an advanced vision and serialization system developed entirely by SEA Vision. Tracker can accurately inspect 1D and 2D codes, data matrices, and conduct OCV/OCR checks on characters. It ensures reliable serialization and aggregation of products in line with GS1 standards and global Track & Trace regulations, such as DSCSA in the USA and EU-FMD in Europe.
Tracker interfaces with Level 3 for the allocation and submission of serial numbers.
Logi-C Virtual PLC
The newest systems from SEA Vision now incorporate a virtual PLC, enhancing the software’s performance. SEA Vision has introduced Logi-C, a novel software tool designed to execute intricate automation logic. This intelligent tool aids in carrying out various automation tasks using step-by-step instructions.
Logi-C functions similarly to a conventional PLC but offers increased power and customization options.
