TRACKPACK
The Continuous Motion Monoblock Machine is designed for serialization, aggregation, and applications involving Vignette or Tamper Evident functionalities, complemented by semi-automatic case packing. It serves as an automatic labelling and semi-automatic casepacking machine, proficient in applying a self-adhesive vignette to the upper side of a carton or two tamper-evident ‘TE’ seals to the carton sides at a medium speed.

The machine facilitates the insertion of the product into a manually opened case, manages its loading onto the hopper, and oversees the unloading of filled cases. It is equipped to accommodate tracking devices like inkjet printers and corresponding cameras, which print and validate 2D codes along with human-readable text. The Trackpack operates in tandem with other machines and is configured for serialization and aggregation applications.
