The automatic horizontal palletizer is a compact, ergonomic, and robust machine that brings innovation and versatility to the table through its robotic solutions, notably enhancing performance in speed and flexibility. The primary operation is conducted by the Gigacombi robot, a device renowned for its high performance and exceptional versatility. A specialized version allows it to manage two palletizing/depalletizing stations simultaneously, enabling the change of pallets in one station while the other is in operation.

All processes are fully automated, executed by brushless motors, and overseen by a Siemens 677 PC. Shippers are conveyed to the palletizer's pick-up station. The roller belt can be equipped with a turning device or a check weigher before palletizing operations commence.
The Gigacombi robot ensures swift and precise palletizing, allowing the simultaneous use of two palletizing/depalletizing stations. The pick-up heads feature a vacuum and 360° rotational freedom, while the lifting structures have internal guides and counterbalance weights. Manual loading of empty pallets and manual discharging of full pallets are facilitated through dedicated guides. Additionally, the infeed has a minimum load control, keeping the machine idle when the product is low and automatically starting when product flow is re-established.
