Integra 320

A continuous motion monoblock machine is integrated with advanced features. The blistering segment is controlled by servo motors and is equipped with two splicing tables that have a concealed cutter and an automatic vacuum grip. A rotating mechanism retrieves the blisters from the die cutter and securely places them onto the adjoining conveyor. The ROBOCOMBI, a robotic blister feeding system, utilizes a 3-axis movement to perform various blister stacking methods on the bucket belt within the cartoning section.
