  • The TS-AS sterilization chamber features a distinctive circular shape with a flat cavity, facilitating fast and uniform heating/cooling processes, and is equipped with square or rectangular doors for accessibility.
  • The TS-OW model is constructed with a single-wall design, lacking the aforementioned cavity.
  • Stability during use is ensured through reinforcements welded to the exterior of both the chamber and cavity.
  • A custom-designed base supports the chamber, promoting even weight distribution across the floor.
  • The chamber incorporates height-adjustable guides at its base for the insertion and removal of loading trolleys.
  • Efficient condensate disposal is aided by the chamber's bottom design, which slopes towards a drain sump.
  • Two 2-inch tri-clamp ferrules are attached to the chamber, serving validation needs like temperature uniformity mapping and pressure tests.
  • All internal surfaces of the chamber undergo mechanical polishing, chemical degreasing, pickling, and passivation treatments, achieving a surface finish of ≤ 0.35 microns.
  • Depending on the chamber's size, installation can be either above-floor or recessed.
