RSA SERIES
The RSA Autoclaves are engineered to use clean saturated steam to sterilize materials that can withstand heat and moisture. This includes metal components, plastic or rubber items, liquids in both open (ventilated) and closed (sealed) containers, filter cartridges, and garments, among others.

- Sterilization chambers designed in various shapes: circular, quadrangular, or rectangular, equipped with square or rectangular doors (hatches).
- Features an ashlar-style cavity that fully encases the chamber, promoting quick and uniform heat/cool processes for the contents.
- Constructed from a single welded piece with rounded corners, enhancing hygiene and simplifying the cleaning of internal surfaces.
- Durable mechanical structure, capable of withstanding temperatures over 140°C.
- Stability during operation ensured by reinforcements welded to the cavity's exterior.
- Chamber set on a tubular base, distributing weight evenly across the floor.
- Includes adjustable guides at the chamber's bottom for the insertion and removal of loading trolleys.
- Equipped with two 1.5” tri-clamp ferrules on the chamber for validation tasks, including temperature uniformity mapping and pressure tests.
- Internal surfaces of the chamber are mechanically polished and undergo chemical degreasing, pickling, and passivation, resulting in a surface finish of ≤ 0.35 micron.
- Chamber bottom designed to slope towards a drain sump, simplifying the disposal of condensate.
- Flexible installation options, with the chamber being suitable for either above-floor or recessed placement, depending on its size.
- Both the loading and pick-up doors are engineered for integration with the walls of clean chambers, utilizing a “Bio-seal” interface.
