- A single-walled chamber with a square or rectangular shape, crafted entirely from 316L or 316Ti stainless steel.
- The unique central water tank is also constructed from 316L or 316Ti stainless steel.
- All rigid pipelines and air channels are made from 316L stainless steel and come with flanged attachments.
- The piping is designed with a 3° slope towards the floor drain.
- All product-contacting surfaces have a mechanical satin finish, ensuring a roughness below 1 micron.
- The chamber's internal corners are rounded for optimal hygiene.
- Options for manual foldable chamber doors or automatic sliding doors (vertical/horizontal) made of 316L or 316Ti stainless steel, complemented by HST tempered glass.
- The chamber door features a uniquely designed silicone sealing gasket.
- Components and tools are made of 316L/316Ti stainless steel, and elastomers adhere to FDA 21 CFR, Part 177 standards.
- Advanced insulation material is used for the chamber, heads, pipes, components, and instruments.
- A "bio-seal" septum made of 304 or 316L/316Ti stainless steel separates different zones.
- A novel design connects utilities to the internal cart, equipped with an auto-lock and unlock feature, ensuring a 100% seal.
- Options for manual or fully automated product loading/unloading for user convenience.
- Solutions are available for both ground-level and elevated loading.
