• Optimized Production Space:The machine's compact dimensions enable it to occupy a minimal production room space of only 36 sqm. The Blow Fill Seal process negates the necessity for storage, processing, and sterilization of pre-formed bottles, offering significant savings in space and costs in the production area.
• Production Capacity:the LIQUIDPAC machine can achieve up to 16,000 units per hour for small volumes and can be upgraded to produce up to 25,000 uph without additional clean room requirements. For larger volumes, it can produce up to 2,500 bottles per hour. Designed for mass production, the machine can operate 24/7, and its sturdy build, coupled with a smart preventive maintenance program, minimizes unexpected and costly maintenance.
• High Versatility:Molds can accommodate PP, PE, or HDPE without necessitating part changes. This extensive material selection, available globally, allows for the packaging of various liquids in containers that can be rigid or lightweight, transparent or opaque, based on product needs. Bottles or ampoules can be specially designed with features like twist-off closures, ergonomic shapes, reclosable caps, or unique bottle shapes.
• Solution Characteristics:LIQUIDPAC is apt for filling solutions ranging from 4°C to 30°C and can be custom-designed for thermally sensitive products. It can also be adapted to fill higher viscosity and potentially foaming solutions like milk, fruit juice, and non-aerated drinks, ensuring maximum protection against contamination at minimal cost.
