MAIN  FEATURES -

• CLOSED PARISON TECHNOLOGY
  SYFPAC® DUO allows continuous Particle Monitoring for the first time in a
  Closed Parison machine, meeting and exceeding EU GMP Annex 1 requirements. Aseptic filling conditions (Grade A – ISO 5) are continuously preserved inside the machine, allowing the external area to be in class C or D while at the same time granting full control of the sterility of the final product.
  
  
• PRODUCTIVITY
  SYFPAC® DUO is available in 4 different configurations and it is later upgradable from Lab Scale to High Speed production. It has the highest productivity/m² ratio in the industry and its productivity can be increased by up to 10x at any point in time, using the same machine, with no increase in dimensions.
  
  
• CLOSE TO ZERO WASTE
  SYFPAC ®  DUO has the lowest plastic consumption in the industry, as the amount of scrap is now down to 6%. This means huge savings in plastic consumption, higher efficiency and sustainability.
  
  
• FOOTPRINT
  Measuring only 1.5 x 4.5 x 2.6m, SYFPAC® DUO is the tiniest Blow Fill Seal machine on the market. It only needs a 6 m² cleanroom in Class C/D as it offers an easy separation of the black and white area. Several layouts are possible and the output conveyor can be directed left, right or straight.
  
  
• FLEXIBILITY
  SYFPAC® DUO is extremely flexible and efficient, as it allows production of several volumes from 0.2ml to 50ml. It processes PP, LDPE or HDPE in the same machine without any hardware changes, only a recipe change in the HMI. Mould changeover time is less than 10 minutes.
  
  
• INSERTION TECHNOLOGY
  For the first time it is possible to add inserts to a closed parison system, thus opening amazing opportunities to produce complex medical devices on a Blow Fill Seal system. Prefilled syringes or special vials and ampoules can be safely produced on BFS with the highest speed ever achieved and the most cost-effective packaging process.
  
  
• HYGIENIC DESIGN
  The machine is fully electric for a more efficient utilities consumption and it can easily process many pharmaceutical liquids. Thermosensitive products like biologicals can be safely manufactured by keeping solution temperature below 25°C, allowing packaging of vaccines on Blow Fill Seal. At the same time, it is suitable for safe production of potent solutions up to OEB4, BSL4 products.
  
  
• AUTOMATIC STARTUP
  SYFPAC® DUO is fully automatic and can be started remotely, with no need for operator presence in the clean room. One simple push of a button will start up the machine.
