DHS SERIES
The DHS dry heat sterilizers are engineered to achieve class 100 (ISO 5) standards, specifically for the hot air sterilization and depyrogenation of empty glass containers like bottles, vials, and stainless steel components. By maintaining a dry heat between 250-300°C for a set duration, it ensures the elimination and destruction of microorganisms.

- Technical Data
- Sterilization/depyrogenation chamber designed in a rectangular shape, accompanied by hatches (doors).
- The chamber is a single, fully welded piece with curved edges, promoting high hygiene standards and simplifying the cleaning of internal surfaces.
- A cavity is incorporated in the chamber/base for efficient and even heating and cooling of contents.
- The structure is built to withstand temperatures exceeding 350°C.
- Uniform air distribution within the chamber is achieved through walls with multi-sized perforations (larger holes at the bottom and smaller ones at the top).
- The system for air recirculation and distribution is located at the sterilizer's top. The heating components and cooling exchanger are strategically placed around the air recirculation fan's impeller.
- The chamber rests on a tubular base, ensuring even weight distribution on the ground.
- Guides for inserting and removing the loading trolley are set at the chamber's base and can be adjusted in height.
- The chamber features two 1.5” tri-clamp ferrules for validation tasks, such as air particle sampling and temperature consistency mapping.
- All internal surfaces of the chamber undergo mechanical polishing, followed by chemical cleaning, pickling, and passivation processes. The surface finish is ≤ 0.35 microns.
- The chamber is installed above the ground.
- Both doors (for loading and retrieval) are designed to attach to clean chamber walls, offering a "Bio-seal" interface.
