ETO sterilizers are designed to use ethylene oxide to sterilize heat-sensitive items, including plastic syringes, infusion kits, dialysis filter cartridges, plastic materials, and specialized surgical instruments.

  • Dual-layered square chamber constructed entirely of 316L or 316Ti stainless steel.
  • A complete ashlar-style cavity made of 304 or 316L/316Ti stainless steel.
  • All piping is crafted from 316L stainless steel, featuring sanitary tri-clamp ferrules and clean flanges.
  • Any surface interacting with the product or process liquids is mechanically refined to achieve a roughness below 0.35 micron.
  • Chamber doors slide horizontally and automatically.
  • The chamber door gasket is sealed using pneumatic pressure with process air.
  • Components and tools made of 316L/316Ti stainless steel, along with elastomers that adhere to FDA 21 CFR, Part 177 standards.
  • Advanced insulation material effectively covers the chamber, heads, pipes, components, and instruments.
  • Integrated steam generator included.
