NEBULA autoclaves are designed for sterilizing materials that can withstand heat and moisture, such as metal, plastic, rubber, liquids, and fabrics.

Customized programs tailored to every requirement:
Chambers with a square or rectangular shape, featuring double walls, constructed entirely from 316L or 316Ti stainless steel.
A complete ashlar cavity made from either 304 or 316/316Ti stainless steel.
All piping is crafted exclusively from 316 or 314 stainless steel.
Surfaces that interact with the product or process liquids are mechanically refined to achieve a smoothness of under 1 micron.
Choose between manually operated folding chamber doors or automatic sliding doors, either vertical or horizontal.
The chamber door sealing gasket is pressurized pneumatically using process air.
Components and tools made of 316L/316Ti/304 stainless steel, along with elastomers that adhere to FDA 21 CFR, Part 177 standards.
Advanced materials are used to insulate the chamber, heads, pipes, components, and instruments effectively.
Segregation of zones is achieved using a “bio-seal” septum made of 304 or 316L/316Ti stainless steel, suitable for BSL 3 and BSL 4 levels.
A “Bio-seal” flange designed for VHP isolator connection.
Options for manual or state-of-the-art automated product loading and unloading for user convenience.
