MACHINE SETUP –
ROTA – This configuration is ideal when the number of workstations is limited, prioritizing easy access to all machine parts. By siting workstations outside the product’s path, each module remains easily reachable during production.
LINO – The LINO setup maximizes workstations by arranging them in a line, allowing for the addition of features one after another. This arrangement also provides excellent accessibility from all sides.
RING – The RING setup is employed in tight production spaces where machine design must be compact. Placing all workstations within the product’s path saves space but can make certain parts less accessible during production.
