MACHINE SETUP –
ROTA – The ROTA configuration is ideal when working stations are limited, and accessibility to all machine parts is crucial. Placing the working stations outside the product trajectory ensures easy manual access to each module during production.
LINO – The LINO arrangement is designed to maximize the number of working stations, placed in a linear fashion to accommodate the addition of multiple features. This setup offers excellent accessibility from all sides.
RING – The RING setup is employed when there’s limited production space, requiring a compact machine design. By siting all working stations within the product trajectory, space is saved, but it can also make certain parts less accessible during production.
GENERAL ADVANTAGES –
- Quick transition capability
- Certified for clean room use
- Official Siemens OEM Partner
- Adheres to USP Class VI standards
