MACHINE SETUP –
ROTA – The ROTA configuration is employed when there are constraints on the number of working stations, and ensuring easy access to all parts of the machine is crucial. Placing the working stations outside the product trajectory ensures convenient manual access to each module during production.
LINO – The LINO configuration aims to maximize the number of working stations. It is arranged in a linear fashion, allowing the addition of features one after another. This setup also offers excellent accessibility from all sides.
RING – The RING configuration is chosen when there is limited production space, necessitating a compact machine design. Placing all working stations inside the product trajectory conserves space but can pose challenges in accessing certain parts during production.
